  • Folding and forming

    • all material types can be folded or formed, with as many folds as necessary and in any shape, size and thickness.

  • Fasteners

    • various types of fasteners can be inserted including self clinching, weld studs and rivits.

  • Welding

    • tig, mig, pulse mig, spot, brazing, robot mig.

  • Powder coating and plating

    • powder coating using our onsite accredited application
    • plating and other surface protection using our preferred subcontractors.

  • Assembly and dispatch

    • complete fabrication in all materials and dimensions to satisfy any technical design or specification
    • assembly of all componentry to create the final product
    • packing the finished product and dispatching it to wherever it needs to go.
